We act for Daydream Island Pty Ltd.

A Network solution search reveals that you are the registrant of the domain name “daydreamisland.com”.

As you are no doubt aware, our client owns and operates the internationally renowed resort, Daydream Island.

Besides the substantial amount of goodwill our client has in respect of the name Daydream Island, our client also has the beneficial ownership in four trademarks, namely:

1. 547732;
2. 547733;
3. 547734; and
4. 552872.

According to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, you have represented and warranted to Network Solutions among other things that:

1. To your knowledge, the registration of the domain name will not infringe upon or otherwise violate the rights of any third parties;
2. You are not registering the domain name for an unlawful purpose;
3. You will not knowingly use the domain name in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
